Keep a pair of these warmers handy, when you need warmth simply press the metal disk in the warmer and the liquid in the pad crystallizes for instant heat.   These will generate heat for 30+ minutes.  Keep them insulated to prolong the heating time.  To recharge the warmers, simply boil them for approx. 5 - 12 minutes or until all of the crystals melt back into their original liquid state. They will be as good as new again.
