Valkyrie Playing Cards Black, Gold & Silver Edition

This custom deck of hand-drawn playing cards features legendary Valkyries from Old Norse Mythology. Sixteen individual Valkyries are represented, including Brynhild, Gunnr, and Rangrid “The Shield Destroyer.” The back of the card has a hand-drawn depiction of Sigurd fighting the dragon Fafnir, similar in style to the depiction in the Hylestad Stave Church woodwork.  Tim Lord illustrated this deck.
