$4.95 per order for standard ground shipping, this is a flat rate is for the US only:

Orders $100+ ship for free in the Continental US.

Items will be shipped Monday - Friday within 1-4 business days after the order is placed. Please note that order volume increases during the holidays Orders may take longer to fulfill around this time of year.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.  Shipping is usually via USPS or UPS and transit time varies usually from 1 - 5 days depending on the destination.
